We have been transported back to 1984 and we are loving it.  Duran Duran are back and sounding better than ever.  Check out their new video for All You Need is Now.  The single and album are available on iTunes today! The physical release is rumored to be coming out February 2nd. Grab your parachute pants or pinstripe jeans and enjoy the ride! 
UPDATE ( March 22nd, 2011) The new album is in stores now! A full review to come, but we can tell you it is Duran Duran's best studio album since Seven and the Ragged Tiger.

"Will you be my new Daddy?"

Is Bret Michaels the reason behind the sudden split between Miley Cyrus's parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus?  Well we think they are a match made in blond weave heaven.  Beyond that, only their spray tans and tattoos know for sure, but it is reported that they became close after Miley and Brett recorded their highly inappropriate duet "Nothing to Lose".  Well, it looks like there may have been something to lose after all.

Drink of the Day

March 18th is National Oatmeal Cookie Day.  Instead of turning on the oven, grab your cocktail shaker and enjoy an Oatmeal Cookie Martini!

Oatmeal Cookie Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Jagermeister
  • 1/2 oz Half and Half
  • Simple Syrup
  • Cinnamon and Sugar
  • 5 Chocolate covered raisins

Rim a chilled martini glass with simple syrup.  Dip into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Next pour the liqueurs  and half and half into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake and strain into the rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a skewer of chocolate covered raisins.
